Proactive Dealer Solution (PDS) is growing and expanding in 2017! We are excited to be hiring for additional Performance Coaches for our nationally recognized, world-class training company.
(PDS) is a training and consulting company specializing in the implementation and rehabilitation of Business Development Initiatives within Automotive Dealerships. As The BDC Experts, we have distinguished ourselves as the industry leader for Automotive Business Development across the US and Canada.
3-5 years of BDC or Sales Management experience preferred
Must be able to coach the Business Development Center (BDC) staff on Sales and Service lead management
Must be able to present training material in an engaging manner
Must possess extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Must possess consultative problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable and effective with all Sales and Service related phone interaction
Proven ability to direct and lead the work of others
Ability to execute defined processes
Must be detail oriented, able to effectively manage time, manage multiple accounts and priorities, and the ability to work well in a remote environment
Must be comfortable interacting with and training all levels of management, including executive level managers
Must demonstrate an energetic and motivating personality
THIS ROLE REQUIRES EXTENSIVE TRAVEL. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL AT LEAST 18+ DAYS PER MONTH. Candidates may work from anywhere education and training provided
A Performance Coach can expect an average salary range of $95k-$130k, 2 weeks paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, and 401k. A comprehensive training program and internal growth encouraged.
