Appointment Coordinator

Drive Auto Group located in Pickering, ON is expanding their Business Development Center and now hiring Appointment Coordinators (Call Center Agents) to handle inbound and outbound calls to set appointments for customers. We are growing and looking to hire agents who will grow with us. You will be an integral part of helping drive traffic to the dealership. Call center, collections, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound scripted calls to current and prospective sales and service customers
  • Answering customer questions and addressing concerns with honesty and accuracy
  • Updating CRM with customer information

Qualifications:

  • Call center, collections, inside sales experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven results of exemplary customer service skills
  • Confident personality—must feel comfortable upselling and be persuasive
  • Must be motivated by reaching and exceeding goals
  • Ability to be coached and trained is necessary
  • Strong computer and Internet skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must have a valid drivers license: FULL G LEVEL REQUIRED!

Additional Information:

The schedule may include rotating shifts to include occasional evenings and Saturday hours. Offering competitive base pay + bonuses—no cap on earnings! Paid training
