A Local High Volume Growing Company in the Wausau area is seeking a smart, ambitious, and analytical Business Development Center Manager to join their Business. This department serves as an integral factor in driving sales to the company. This person will be able to interview, train, motivate and guide a team of Business Development Representatives to increase productivity.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be held accountable for:

Must have Management experience
Must have Sales and Customer Service Experience
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team of representatives
Must be coachable and trainable
Must have upbeat, energetic, and persuasive personality
Must be able to commit to a 45 hour work week
