Valley Buick GMC, located in Auburn, WA is growing and expanding their Business Development Center! And are now looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator to join their team. You will be directly responsible for helping to drive traffic to the dealership. Automotive experience is not required, but call center experience is preferred.
As a Sales Appointment Coordinator, you will handle both inbound and outbound scripted calls and appointment setting for sales customers. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a "go-getter" attitude, PLEASE APPLY!
Ensure all sales inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers who have visited Valley Buick GMC no cold calling!
Respond to customer emails and chats
Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
Log customer information and purify CRM
Call Center experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Confident and go-getter personality
Must be motivated by reaching and exceeding goals--and earning bonuses!
Strong computer and Internet skills
Must be able to commit to a 40 hour work week with a flexible schedule(some weekends required)
Must be able to submit to and successfully pass a drug test and driving record check
Hourly Base Pay, generous bonus structure and paid training!
