Susquehanna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Wrightsville, PA is expanding their Business Development Center and now hiring Service Appointment Coordinator (Call Center Agents) to handle inbound and outbound calls to set appointments for customers. We are growing and looking to hire agents who will grow with us. You will be an integral part in helping drive traffic into the dealership. Call center, collections, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided.
Handling both inbound and outbound scripted calls to current and prospective service customers
Answering customer questions and addressing concerns with honesty and accuracy
Updating CRM with customer information
Must be able to submit to and successfully pass a drug screening
The schedule may include rotating shifts to include occasional evenings and Saturday hours. Offering competitive base pay + bonuses—no cap on earnings! Paid training
